the breakfast included a broad selection with good eggs. coffee was excellent too, an unexpected find. the staff were lovely and always available. rooms were good.
housekeeping was inconsistent. i needed to request cleaning each time, a little inconvenient. the bed was not always made properly after housekeeping. things often looked messy.

I liked that the staffs were very friendly. They provided early check-in service and gave me late check-out when requested. The room had a great sea view and a lady at the front desk always wished me a great day. I booked a room with multiple pillows, including memory foam. The room also included nice amenities, such as a shoe horn and a sewing kit.
Housekeeping was bad . I had to ask each time for cleaning services, because they would not do it themselves. The bed wasn't made consistently after the housekeeping visits. It always looked messy.

The breakfast included sufficient options and covered my needs every morning. The breakfast hours extended until 10:30. This allowed sufficient time for all guests. I observed diverse choices available at breakfast.

I noticed a supermarket near the building. Restaurants and shops were within a very short walk from the hotel. The beach and mall were both within walking distance. The hotel is close to main attractions.

Uneven experience at this hotel

The breakfast timing was REALLY inconvenient. Breakfast began at 8 am, too late. Most excursions start around 8-8:30 am. This timing forced me to rush or skip breakfast. The sauna had a concerning privacy issue. A camera faced the sauna room window in the basement, raising serious concerns about surveillance.

Quiet Room and Excellent Staff
quiet roomfriendly staff
We asked for a room away from street noise and got one on the top floor. It was quiet. The staff spoke perfect English and were very friendly. The breakfast was also amazing. A lady prepared it and let us start early. She spoke no English, but she brought us items to try.
